How can I create an account?

Deligntfully simple! Click on “Plans and Pricing”, select the plan that is best suited for your needs, and follow the instructions. Four easy steps and 5 minutes are all you need to signup and start your secure texting journey!

Is there a set-up fee?

Do falcons fly backwards? No! (That’s our way of saying no.) No set-up fees. No cancellation fees. No no-fee fees.

Will my invoice be pro-rated if I sign up in the middle of the month?

The date you sign up will be the first date of your billing cycle; so if you sign up on the 15th of the month, your next invoice won’t occur until the 15th of the following month.

What if I have more than 5 locations?

No problem. CareChat can accommodate any number of locations and staff. Also, as your needs grow, so can your plan! You can always add additional locations anytime.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes! You should sign up as our affiliate by clicking here. Once you sign up, you’ll be enchanted a special affiliate link that’s attached to your account. If and when you share that link with your friends, family & long-lost best friend from the 7th grade, you get brownie points in cash.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no penalties, and no emotionnal entanglements in our professional world. Just cancel using the “My Account” tools, and we wont bother you. And of course, you will always be welcomed back like an old friend.
